OBEY She's Got Game is a line that I created while while I was doing my internship with OBEY Clothing in the summer of 2014. This line was designed for the ideal girl who runs around with Shepard while he is doing art tags throughout cities. I wanted to nod at a game sportswear jersey. I achieved that by using lines throughout the collection. I added empahsis and uniqueness through the adjustment and placements of different weights of lines.
The line Sharked by OBEY was created by me during my summer internship in 2014. My inspiration was the deep, dark ocean. It's dark, mysterious and powerfully beautiful. I designed this line with sharp lines to represent the power of the ocean. The colors I chose were different blues that were pulled from an underwater image. I chose to do an ombre because after doing my trend research, I wanted to play off of what was popular in the recent seasons.
Lavish is a line that I created in Creative Processes (A class that I took senior year). This line was created for an evening wear project. The project was to use a similar desgin style as Oscar de la Renta and create a line of your own. As I did my research, I noticed he has a very femine design style through more organic style lines and free flowing fabrics. I found that lavender was the Pantone forecast color of the year and deemed that necessary to use in the line development. My inspiration was developed from a greek temple that was covered with lilac flowers.
This is an example of my ability to do photo manipulation using photoshop in my Graphic Designer position with Future Health Chiropractics. I took out all of the shelves on the wall, created the monitor to put on the wall, added in the doctor, and changed the screen on the desk monitor. This photo was used by Future Health Chiropractics on their promotional website.
